Dr. Sudderth’s partnership with each patient to combat the chronic illness of obesity begins with the patient and ultimately perpetuates into the household. Because of his personal stake in each patient’s success, his efforts can be far reaching beyond the patient. “Obesity is something that we must address from every facet of the family dynamic. Yes, this is an issue for the individual patient but we have to change the environment where that patient lives and eats, in order to breed success and make a lasting lifestyle change,” said Sudderth. “I look at the big picture and I expect my patients to do their part, so that together we can achieve a healthier approach for their weight loss and goal achievements.”
While any licensed physician can offer medical weight loss to patients, Dr. Sudderth sets himself apart from other physicians through extensive medical education and training programs, acquisition of specialized knowledge, and tools and techniques.
